The staff were extremely helpful sorting out / answering my questions and queries. The windows were in stock and so were dispatched the same day, arriving the next working day. - The member of staff we spoke to was very helpful, even measuring the item for us to make sure we knew the exact size. We received confirmation of the order straight away by email and were very pleased with the service provided by O'Briens. The fridge was purchased for our holiday in the summer, so although we have turned it on to make sure it works, we haven't as yet used it for real. However, we are hoping that it will cope with the high temperatures in France and keep things cold.
