All Dometic products are covered by a 2 year guarantee. If a product is faulty you will need to contact Dometic on 0844 626 0133 who will arrange the repair of the product. In the unlikely event that a product is not repairable and an exchange is necessary, Dometic will arrange this through one of their service agents. This warranty does NOT cover for wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.
All online payments are made through RBS Worldpay using a secure encrypted method.
Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before signing. MOST IMPORTANT. Before taking delivery of any item purchased from OBriens, the delivery box must be inspected thoroughly. Once a delivery is signed for the customer is accepting there is no damage. If there is any damage to the box or contents the customer must notify OBriens by phone and in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged Goods or missing parts
If goods are received damaged (the customer must sign BOX DAMAGED), or missing parts, then contact O'Briens Camping within 48hrs of receipt. Arrangements will be made to collect the damaged item, which must be kept in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A replacement will be dispatched after receipt of damaged goods, provided it is in stock.
Orders cancelled before Goods are dispatched, we will refund all money paid by you for the goods, however an administrative charge of £20 plus any transaction charges incurred from payment with a credit/debit card will be deducted.
Orders Cancelled after goods have been dispatched, all goods should be returned in their original condition, unopened packaging and with any seals and shrink wrap intact.; you are responsible for returning the goods. Please contact Obriens to make arrangements for returning goods.
We will refund all money paid by you for the goods (excluding delivery
and collection costs), however a charge of 25% restocking
plus any transaction charges incurred from payment with a credit card will
be deducted to cover administration charges.
Should you wish to return a fridge over 60 litre's, the original delivery charge of £40 plus VAT will be deducted from refund in addition to credit card and admin charge. Returned fridges are at the customers expense and must be fully insured.
If you wish to exercise your 'right to cancel ' you must inform O'Briens Camping in writing of your intention to make a return within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Windows, Rooflights and Blinds
All Seitz Windows, Rooflights and blinds are non returnable.
