If you wish to exercise your 'right to cancel ' you must inform O'Briens Camping in writing of your intention to make a return within 7 days of receipt.
Cancelled Orders before Goods dispatched
We will refund all money paid by you for the goods, however an
administrative charge of £20 plus any transaction
charges incurred from payment with a credit/debit card will be deducted.
Cancelled Orders after goods have been dispatched
All goods should be returned in their original condition and unopened packaging;
you are responsible for returning the goods
Please contact us to make arrangements for returning goods.
We will refund all money paid by you for the goods (excluding delivery costs), however a charge of £50.00 plus any transaction charges incurred from payment with a credit card will be deducted to cover administration charges.
We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Damaged Goods
If goods are received damaged, then contact O'Briens Camping as soon
as possible. Arrangements will be made to collect the damaged item, which
must be kept in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A replacement will
be dispatched after receipt of damaged goods, provided it is in stock.
Faulty Goods
All Dometic products are covered by a 1 year guarantee. If a product
is faulty then contact your local Dometic dealer who will repair the product.
In the unlikely event that a product is not repairable and an exchange is
necessary, Dometic must have a service report from one of their service
agents stating that the refrigerator should be exchanged. The service agent
will fax Dometic a copy of the report to the technical team at Dometic,
which will be acted on upon receipt.
With Portable Refrigerators, Dometic must have a service report from one of our service agents stating that it should be exchanged and it is their policy to get the refrigerator collected and tested before issuing a replacement product.
Windows and Blinds
All Seitz Windows and blinds are non returnable.
